What if my candle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@rejuvescents.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or provide store credit promptly.
Do you accept returns?
As our candles are handcrafted and consumable, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for complete details.
Can I exchange a scent?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our horizon as we continue to grow.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. During product launches or seasonal periods, please allow additional time for fulfillment.
