Returns and Exchanges

We want every Rejuve candle to feel like a beautiful experience from the moment it arrives.

If for any reason your candle isn't right for you, we gladly accept returns & exchanges of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. 

For all return & exchange requests, please contact us at hello@rejuvescents.com 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your original candle is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange for another available fragrance. 

Please note: All claims are reviewed to ensure eligibility before a replacement or refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@rejuvescents.com  within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Our Fragrance Philosophy

Scent is deeply personal, designed to be experienced and felt.  We recommend reviewing each fragrance's notes and descriptions before purchasing.  To maintain the highest standards of quality, candles that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
