Shipping policy

Each Rejuve order is carefully packaged using eco-conscious, recyclable materials to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully.  

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During launches or peak seasons, please allow a little extra time.

Domestic Shipping: 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days 
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 (3-7 business days)
  • Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping: At this time, Rejuve ships within the U.S. only. We’re exploring future global shipping at a later time.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. 

Damaged or Defective Items:  If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@rejuvescents.com  within 72 hours of delivery.  For more information, please review the Refund Policy.
